These are the full consultation fees before any eligible Medicare rebate. Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your rebate eligibility.
Medicare
Check your referral before your visit
Medicare rebates may be available for eligible patients where the appropriate referral and Medicare requirements are met. Without an eligible referral, any available rebate may be substantially lower. Please check your referral and rebate eligibility with the clinic before your appointment.

Bulk-billed consultations
Support for those who serve
Bulk-billed consultations are available for eligible emergency services workers, current Australian Defence Force personnel and veterans.
What you will need
- A referral from a doctor
- A valid Medicare card
- Appropriate identification confirming eligibility, where required
Eligibility will be confirmed before or at your appointment. Contact the clinic if you would like to check your eligibility before booking.
Payment & cancellations
Payment is due at your consultation
We accept major credit and debit cards and other available electronic payment methods.
Please give at least 2 hours’ notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 2 hours’ notice wherever possible.
An $80 fee applies to cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice and missed appointments. This fee is not claimable through Medicare.
Illness, emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Contact the clinic as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances are considered case by case.
Procedures — coming soon
Procedure fees will be explained before treatment
We are developing ultrasound-guided injections, PRP, hyaluronic acid and other musculoskeletal procedural services. These services are not yet available to book.
Fees will be confirmed and discussed with you before treatment, including any medication or specialised consumable costs.
