Medical care for injury, activity and performance
Clear assessment and evidence-based management for acute injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, concussion, exercise participation and performance.
Sports injuries
Expert assessment for injuries sustained in sport - from weekend competition to elite programs. You will receive a clear explanation and a plan matched to your sport, timeline and goals.
Acute injury management
The first days after an injury matter. A thorough assessment can clarify how serious it is, what needs immediate attention and which next steps will best support recovery.
Tendon injuries
Tendon pain often needs more than rest. Care may include load management, rehabilitation planning and discussion of further treatment options where clinically appropriate.
Procedures — coming soon
Procedural services are coming soon. Planned services include ultrasound-guided injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid and other musculoskeletal procedures. Fees, medication and specialised consumable costs will be discussed before treatment. These services are not yet available to book.
Concussion medicine
Baseline assessments and evidence-informed management following concussion, with graduated guidance for returning to learning, work and sport.
Exercise medicine
Medical assessment for people starting exercise, returning after illness or injury, or managing a condition that makes exercise feel uncertain. Leave knowing where you stand and what to do next.
Performance medicine
For athletes and recreational competitors with concerns about training or recovery. Assessment considers exercise load, recovery and medical factors that may affect participation and performance, with advice matched to your sporting goals.
Persistent musculoskeletal conditions
Persistent pain and conditions such as osteoarthritis do not have to mean giving up what you love. Care focuses on movement, symptom management, risk reduction and lifelong activity.
Health optimisation
For people who want to support an active life beyond a specific injury or sporting goal. Discuss bone health, everyday activity and the habits that support long-term wellbeing, with medical advice tailored to your circumstances.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral?
No. Anyone can book. A current GP or specialist referral may make an eligible consultation claimable through Medicare.
Do you only treat athletes?
No. The same careful medical approach is available to workers, weekend competitors, parents and anyone who wants to stay active.
Will I need scans?
Not always. If imaging is needed, the clinic will explain which test is appropriate and why. Bring any existing images and reports.
Not sure which service you need?
Book an initial consultation. We will assess what is going on and take it from there.
